Secret, Godly, and Ultra styles are the rarest and most powerful in Volleyball Legends. Getting them requires understanding the gacha system, pity mechanics, Lucky Spins strategy, and weekend events. This guide covers everything you need to know to maximize your chances of pulling the rarest styles in the game.
Save your Lucky Spins for 2x Luck weekend events. The pity system guarantees a Secret style after 200 Lucky Spins during events (400 normally). Always select your target style in the Limited tab before spinning. Use active codes to stockpile spins before you start rolling.
Volleyball Legends Drop Rates by Rarity
Note: These rates are based on community data and public trackers. Official drop rates may vary slightly. During 2x Luck weekend events, Secret and Ultra rates double and pity requirements are halved.
The pity system is your safety net. It guarantees a high-rarity pull after a certain number of unsuccessful Lucky Spins. Here is how it works for each rarity:
The single most important decision in Volleyball Legends is how you spend your spins. Normal Spins cost 100 Yen and have extremely low rates for high-rarity styles. Lucky Spins are harder to obtain but offer dramatically better odds:
2x Luck events run on most weekends from Saturday 11:30 AM ET to Monday 11:30 AM ET. During these events, Secret style drop rates double and pity requirements are halved. This is by far the best time to spend your Lucky Spins.
Unless you have excess spins beyond your pity savings goal, do NOT spend Lucky Spins outside of 2x weekend events. The difference between spinning during events vs normal periods is enormous — you are essentially throwing away half your pity progress.

During 2x events, 200 Lucky Spins guarantee a Secret style. Outside events, it takes 400. The first pity gives a 50% chance; the second pity is guaranteed.
Technically yes (0.01% rate), but practically no. Normal Spins do not count toward Secret pity. Use Normal Spins for building your initial roster and save Lucky Spins for high-rarity targets.
Godly styles (Butoku, Kageyomo, Oigawa) are strong but have no pity system. They are good targets if you have spare Lucky Spins, but do not chase them at the expense of Secret pity progress.
